RIDGE VIEW APARTMENTS
A low-income Public Housing project for anyone 18 or older and meets income guidelines is allowed to live at Ridge View Apartments. We are located at 106 E. Douglas Street in Coleridge, Nebraska, and is operated and managed by the Housing Authority of the Village of Coleridge. Twenty one (21) one-bedroom apartments and two (2) two-bedroom apartments are available.
Rents are based on 30% of ADJUSTED income with all utilities (heat, water, electricity, air-conditioning, sewer and garbage service, TV antennae) included in the rent. An excess utility charge is charged for a deep freezer. All maintenance repairs, lawn and yard work and snow removal is provided by the Housing Authority. Stove, refrigerator and draperies are furnished. Laundry facilities with coin operated washers and dryers are provided. All apartments are telephone, cable TV and internet ready but each tenant is responsible for their own cable TV hook-up charge and billings. A Community room with kitchen facilities and air conditioning is available for all residents to use at no extra charge. The Apartments are located only blocks from the school, churches and the down town area.
